2 cups lettuce1/3 cup chopped cucumber1 slice butterball turkey bacon1/4 cup Avocado chopped1/4 cup Roma or plum tomato1 large egg1Tablespoon blue cheese
Directions
This is 1 serving size. Great fill you up lunch.
Use Red Wine Vinaigrette dressing for outstanding taste.

For Reduced fat salad remove Egg will give you 13.2 g fat 3.3 g sat. fat

or remove Avocado which will give you 9.6 g fat and 3.8 g sat. fat.

    Excellent. I made with the substitutions suggested. I used egg beater instead of regular egg and 1/2 the avacado. - 12/10/07
