english muffin (2 halves), tomato sauce, cheese (shredded or unshredded, does not matter, but shredded spreads better), luncheon meat (optional), italian seasoning/pepper
1. Halve the english muffin lengthways.
2. Place halves in toaster oven to toast to desired crispness. Remove from toaster oven when done.
3. Spread one teaspoon (more if desired) of tomato sauce on each english muffin half.
4. Sprinkle some italian seasoning & pepper ontop the tomato sauce.
5. Divide the .25 cup of cheese into two equal portions. Spread each portion on top of one english muffin half. May also top with luncheon meat or pre-cooked sausage.
6. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds on medium to medium-high power. For increased crispiness, can use toaster oven instead.
7. Yum yum! This is suitable for any meal and good for people on the go or people who have a pizza craving but don't want the calories.
