1 bag Quorn grounds, frozen1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1x 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies1x 15 oz can no sugar added corn, drained1x 15 oz can no salt added black beans, drained1x 8oz can no salt added tomato sauce1x 16 oz can vegetarian refried beans1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning2 1/2 cups water
In a large pot, heat through the Quorn on medium heat, crumbing with a spoon until it is all defrosted and browning. Add the onion and pepper, and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
