Chicken Stroganoff

1 LB Chicken Breast (cut to bite sized pieces)1 cup sour cream2 cups fresh mushrooms1 can del monte diced tomatoes (Drained)1/2 c raw onioin2 tbs beef or chicken bullion granuals2 tbs flour2 tbs butter1/2 cup water
mix sour cream and flour then add bullion, 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp black pepper-put aside.
In skillet melt butter and then cook chicken, onion, mushrooms and garlic until done. Add the sour cream mixture and drained diced tomatoes then cook until bubbley and thickened.
Serve over noodlles or rice.
