Zucchini tomato basil and goat cheese flatbread

Ingredients
1 multi-grain flatbread (I used the brand Flatout)1 cup shredded zucchini1/2 cup diced tomatoes (I used gape tomatoes)1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp crumbled goat cheese
Directions
-preheat oven to 450 degrees

-shred 1 cup of zucchini

-place flatbread on a cookie sheet and into the oven

-mix zucchini and olive oil in a small frying pan and cook over high heat (you don't want to stir until the zucchini is starting to brown and cook until soft and slightly browned)

-chop 1/2 cup of fresh tomatoes

-chop 4 basil leaves

-when the zucchini is ready, remove the flatbread from oven and top with zucchini then tomatoes, basil and sprinkle with goat cheese
