Brown rice, chicken, black beans, and salsa burritos

Ingredients
Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 15 serving Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup, cookedSafeway Select Southwest Salsa - Medium, one glass jarGreen Chili Peppers, one small canBeans, black, 2 cansCheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded Lemon Juice, a dash for tasteCumin seed, .5 tspCrushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp, more if you want it hot Kirkland chicken breast 1 can
Directions
Mix salsa and rice togther. Spread on tortilla. Add a spoonful of beans, chicken, and cheese on top. Fold into burrito shape. Heat in griddle side of wafflemaker till tortilla is light brown and crispy on both sides. Eat.

Omit chicken to make vegetarian and cut 30 cal per serving.
