Crockpot Applesauce

Ingredients
Put 8 cups peeled, cored, chopped apples, 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp. vanilla, cinnamon to taste ( I use 1 Tblsp) and 1 Tblsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend in crockpot on low for about 6 hours. When apples soft mash with potato masher or fork.
Directions
Crockpot on low for 6 hours or until apples are soft enough to mash.

Serving Size: About 16 half cup servings.
