2 cups besan (gram flour)1 cup ghee (clarified butter)1 cup powdered sugar4-5 pods hari elaichi (green cardamom) - crushed2 tbsp chopped nuts like almonds, cashew nuts and raisins
1. In a microwave safe bowl, mix besan and ghee. Mix and microwave for 2 minute increments. Stir and return. Do not let it burn. When consistency of cookie dough is reached, remove and spread on a greased sheet. Cut in squares and refrigerate till firm.
