Spicy Soyrizo and Vegetable Quinoa

One cup of Trader Joe's Quinoa DuoHalf Cup of Trader Joe's EdamameOne Fourth of Soy ChorizoAbout half an Ice CubeSeasoning Salt to taste
Take a non-stick pan and turn stove to about Medium. Add your spicy soyrizo to pan after removing from casing. Cook for about 2-3 minutes- cooks fast. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add cup of quinoa and edamame to pan and add half piece of ice cube and cover with lid. Stir occasionally to cook thoroughly. When complete cooked for about 3-4 minutes, add soyrizo and cover with lid for remaining 2 minutes.
Remove from pan and allow to cool a minute or two because it is hot! Add a tad of seasoning salt to taste and enjoy!
