Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
Put Almonds into food processor until a fine texture. Don't overbled or you get paste..Wash, core and cut apple into tiny pieces or hit it with a food processor until very small peices (don't over chop or it becomes sauce). Add cinnamon and about 2 tlbspoon of almond flour, more if you like your pancakes thick. Preheat a skillet and add about 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Spread the apple mixture into pancakes and flip as the edges turn brown. You can drizzle a bit of honey over them, but not really necessary.
