Lime Shrimp Salad Wraps

2 servings frozen shrimp (~30 small)1/2 cup frozen cornMrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning to taste1/2 cup shredded carrot3 green onions, sliced1 tablespoon rice vinegar1/2 tablespoon oil of choiceDrizzle of honeyShredded lettuce2 tortillas
Toss the shrimp (rinse under cold water to break apart of frozen together), corn, and Mrs. Dash in a bowl. Cook to taste, I did 2 minutes in the microwave. Drain off excess liquid.
Mix in the shredded carrot and green onion.
Mix in vinegar, oil, and honey.
Wrap up shrimp salad with lettuce in tortillas. Eat.
Additional additions that might be tasty: chopped cucumber, sliced peppers, chopped peanuts, chopped mango, etc
