Breakfast Turkey sausage with bell peppers

Ingredients
Pam4 turkey sausage links¼ large red bell pepper, chopped¼ large green bell pepper, chopped1 ounce Monterey jack cheese
Directions
1. Heat a skillet with 1 teaspoon oil over medium-high heat.
2. Crumble the sausage link and sauté until just beginning to brown. About 3 minutes. Add in red and green bell peppers. Cook until suasge is browned and peppers are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle cheese on top and allow to melt 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
