Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

2 medium potatoes, washed and thinly sliced3 bone in pork loin chops1 large onion, sliced and separated into rings1 teaspoon butter1 1/2 table spoons all purpose flour1 cup chicken broth1 cup milk
Place potatoes in a slow cooker coated with cooking spray. In a large skillet, brown the chops. Place chops over potatoes. Saute onions in drippings and place over chops. Melt butter in the skillet and add flour, broth and any additional seasoning until smooth. Add milk and bring to a boil, cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Pour sauce into slow cooker and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until meat is tender.
