Garlic Black Beans

Ingredients
1-2 Garlic clovesHalf of a small onioncan of black beans2 tbls of olive oil1/4 cup of watersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Open 15 oz can of beans. Drain and rinse.

Chop garlic and onions.
Simmer the garlic in the oil until slightly browned. Add onions and add pinch of salt. Saute for extra minute, stir to keep garlic from burning. Add beans and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer until onions are cooked through, adding tablespoons of water as needed.

Serve warm.

Serving Size: Split in half. Makes two entree or four side servings.
