1.5 cups milk1/3 cup oil1/3 cup honey1 tsp salt1 egg2 tbs lecithin1 tsp gluten5 cups whole wheat flur1/2 cup ground flax seed1 tbs yeast
Directions
combin water, oil, honey, salt and egg
and lecithen gluten 2 cups flour flax mix thouroughtly add yeast and flour to make soft dough. knead til smooth and elastic about 5 min. let rise. shape and rise again make 2- 1 # loafs. bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
