Vegan Waffles - Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup unbleached white flour1/2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp baking powder2 tbs granulated sugar2 cups almond or soy milk1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. Stir together almond milk and apple sauce in a separate bowl and pour into dry ingredient, stirring gently until blended. Consistency should be a pourable batter; if too think, add a bit more milk.

Follow waffle iron instructions for baking.
