Whole Wheat Poppy Seed Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid eggs1/4 cup sugar4 stevia packets1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup ground flax seed meal3/4 cup non fat milk2 cups whole wheat white flour1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1 tbs. poppy seeds1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until incorporated, don't over mix batter. Add evenly (about 1/2 way fulll) to 12 muffin liners. Bake 17-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
