Spicey Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
2 lb 93% or 97% Lean Ground Turkey2 c chopped onion2 - 7 oz cans green chillies, do not drainI or 2 Jalapeno Peppers (depending on your desired degree of spiciness)4 t Cumin2 t Chili Powder2 Cups Cilantro.5 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Put all ingredients except turkey into a food processor and process until chopped. Add mixture to turkey in a large bowl and mix by hand until totally blended. Portion mixture into 9 equal burgers. Cook for 8 10 min per side on very hot grill that has been coated with a nonstick spray.

These burgers cook better on the grill if they are very cold so I sometimes put the patties in the freezer for about an hour and then place them on the grill.
