Spiced runner beans

Ingredients
1 small onion, diced2 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped1 tbsp. olive oil1 bell pepper, seeded and diced1 ripe red tomato1 lb. runner beans, ends trimmed and cut in 2" piecesas much or as little as you want of the following spices: cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, salt, pepper1 to 1.5 cups water
Directions
Sautee onion and garlic in olive oil, 2 mins.
Add bell pepper, 2 mins. more
Add tomato, green beans and spices 1 min. more
Add water, cover and steam 10 mins.
