Ingredients
Coconut Oil, 1 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 1 cup (remove)*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 72 tsp (remove)Molasses, .33 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Almonds, 1 cup, ground (remove)Whey, sweet, dried, 1 cup (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)*Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 1 cup (remove)Pecans, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
1. Pre Heat oven to 350*

2.WIth electric mixer beat together the coconut oil, butter and Splenda until creamy and fluffy

3. Beat in molasses and eggs, combining well, followed by the ground almonds. protein powder, salt and baking soda, scraping down the sides of the bowl a few times, making sure all ingredients are well combined.

4. Beat in Cinnamon, rolled oats and pecans.

5. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray and drop dough by the scant tablespoonful, leaving room for cookies to spread. Bake 9 min or until golden brown around edges. I like mine a little browner than that.
