Mock Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
4 large banans sliced and frozen1/2 cup skim milk1 cup fresh or frozen, thawed strawberries6 tsp splenda
Directions
Peel and slice bananas. Place on plate and freeze for 2 hours.
Meanwhile thaw fozen berries or slice whole ones if using.
When bananas are frozen, add half of the milk, berries, bananas, and splenda in a blender or food processor.

Blend or process until mixture is ice cream consistency, adding milk as needed.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1/2 -cup servings
