My Frittata

Ingredients
8 large egs1/4 cup 2% milk3 slices colby jack cheese1 tbsp each: onion, garlic, red pepper, green pepper and celery
Directions
combine eggs, milk and diced veggies in a mixing bowl. Whisk until fluffy. Pre heat large oven safe skillet and pour micture into it. When top of micture is set add cheese and place under broiler until cheese bubbles. Cut into fourths and serve
