Turkey Kielbasa, Red Beans, and Rice

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked brown rice2 cups water2 tablespoons olive oil1 onion, chopped16 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced diagonally1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions
Bring the rice and water to boil in a pot. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until cooked.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until tender. Stir in sausage, and cook until evenly browned. Mix in beans and tomatoes, and continue cooking until heated through.

Serve skillet mixture over the rice.
