Tinkyada Brown Rice Pasta (with rice bran), 12 oz Garlic, 1 clove Olive Oil, .25 cup Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Basil, 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, 1 tbsp chopped Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta. Mince garlic and add olive oil, turmeric, mustard, vinegar, chopped basil, chives and chopped capers. Once the pasta is finished cooking, drain and add hot pasta to the vinaigrette mixture. Top with cheese and stir to melt. Can be served warm or at room temperature.
