Chocolate Blobs

2.5 oz. chopped almonds2 oz. chopped walnuts2 oz. chopped pecans1 oz. pumpkin seeds, husked (they're green, not white)3 bars of lindt 90% cocoaStevia to taste
Melt chocolate over double boiler (or however you like to melt), add stevia to taste. Set aside to cool slighty.
Line cookie sheets with wax paper.
Weigh out your nuts and seeds. To chop nuts I put all of them together between wax paper and hammered them (they should be chunky still).
Once chocolate has cooled (pudding like) add nut mixture and stir until blended.
Use a teaspoon or tablespoon to scoop out blobs onto wax paper lined trays.
Chill until set.
Serving Size: makes 2 dozen blobs
