1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts1/2 onion, thinly sliced2 green bell pepper, sliced in half-circle slices2 teaspoons chili powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup chicken broth 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Place sliced chicken, onion, and bell pepper in crock pot. Squeeze lime juice over mixture. Mix chicken broth, cumin, chili powder and salt together and pour over chicken. Cook in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
