Ingredients
Directions
1 T dehydrated onion1 T green pepper1 egg1 T (apx .25 fl oz) tap water1 T salsa1/4 c. cheddar cheese1 flour tortilla
In a large skillet, saute first 2 ingredients (onion & pepper).
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, tap water, & salsa.
Add egg mixture to vegetable saute. Cook and stir until set.
Top with cheese. Spoon into a warmed tortilla
Serving Size: makes 1 tortilla wrap.
