Pizza Omelet

Ingredients
3 eggs, well beaten1 Tbsp chopped onion1 Tbsp chopped green pepper1 medium-size mushroom, chopped or sliced2 Tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese10 thin slices of pepperoni
Directions
Saute` vegetables and set aside.

Pour beaten eggs into heated skillet and cook until egg is set (I cook it until it's set enough to flip it over, then continue).

Add cheese and remaining ingredients; fold omelet in half and remove from pan.

Mix it up by changing pizza "toppings" for the ones you like -- delicious as a breakfast or any meal.
