Ingredients
2 8 oz. pkg of Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese1/2 cup sugar1 tsp. vanilla extract2 eggs1 9" graham cracker crust
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed.
then add the eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
Pour into the pie crust and bake on 350 for 40-45 minutes. Let cool and place in fridge until you serve, best if served next day.
