Ingredients:Almonds, dry roasted, 12 ozApricots, dried, 16 oz
Put 8 ounces of Almonds in food processor and process until fine. Add all apricots and process until apricots are also fine. Depending on size of food processor, it might be easier to do this in two batches. Clean the processor and process the rest of the nuts until fine. Moisten hands and roll pieces the size of an unshelled walnut into balls. Roll in nuts.
