Ingredients
1 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped (estimate only)1/2 onion, choppedseasoned saltgarlic powderonion powderseasoned pepper1 bottle Jim Beam Spicy Bourbon BBQ Sauce
Directions
Rinse chicken and veggies. Throw in slow cooker. Season to taste. Cook on low setting. It can cook all day while you are at work! After chicken is done cooking, grab two forks and seperate. Should fall apart. Add bbq sauce. Add bread or not! Enjoy!
