Garlic Smashed Red Bliss Potatoes(with buttermilk)

Ingredients
5 medium Red Bliss Potaotes, cut into large chunks4 cloves garlic, peeled3/4 cup Kate's Buttermilk1/2 cup Skim milk2 tbsp unsalted buttersalt an pepper to taste(approx 1 tbsp each)
Directions
1. in a 3 qt saucepan put in potatoes, garlic, and enough water to cover. cook over medium high heat for 20 mins or until potatoes are fork soft and almost falling apart. Drain and return to pan.
2. add remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher. Mash roughly to leave some chunks of potato and garlic.
3. serve hot.
