1 small banana 8 oz. soy milk1 Tbsp. honey1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. of nutmeg
Slice banana and place in blender. Add the soy milk, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend this until smooth and creamy. Makes a lovely frothy breakfast smoothie with plenty of potassium!
