Baked Cajun Swai

Ingredients
SwaiLight butterCajun seasoning
Directions
Thaw fillets
Brush olive oil onto baking sheet (with lip)
Arrange the fish in a single layer
Divide butter and rub top of fish evenly
Sprinkle all fillets with seasonings
Put approx 2 oz water in the baking dish so fish does not become dry.
Broil approximately 10 minutes till done, yet still moist.
The top will develop a tasty "crust".
