Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove) Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2/3 Cup Pepper, black, 1 tsp *Sprite, 1/4 Cup Garlic, 3 T Minced
Directions
Put Chicken in Crock pot, Mix other ingredients together and pour on top. Cook on low for 4-6 Hours.

    Light sweet taste. I took the vinegar out of the recipe and added extra brown sugar stevia. Turned out great! Ate it with rice pilaf and corn. Impressed and will cook again! - 2/9/19

    WOW!!!! Tried this the other night, and my family LOVED it! My son, who only eats chicken nuggets and fries, went back for seconds! :) I shredded the chicken once cooked and let it simmer a bit more in the crock pot, it was delicious. Also, I substituted Splenda brown sugar, and sprite zero. :) - 1/5/12

    LOVED this! After cooking in the crock pot, I removed the chicken, transferred the sauce to a pan and thickened it using corn starch. I then served the chicken and sauce over brown rice and peas. This will be in my weekly dinner rotation! - 9/27/11
