Baked Apricot Orange Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs1/2 cup Polaner All Fruit with Fiber Apricot Spreadable Fruit1/4 cup orange juice1 Tbls fresh ginger root, grated2 Tbls soy sauce1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1 tsp. balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp. black pepper2 Tbls brown sugar1 Tbls lemon juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender. Place chicken in baking dish; cover with sauce; Bake at 350 for 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
