Root Veggie Dish

Ingredients
4 large carrots, cut diagnol2 cups of butternut squash2 cups of pumpkin3 large sweet potatos, peeled and chopped1 large white onion, cut into monsterous cubes1 tbsp olive oilTumeric, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all in casserole dish, toss with oil, salt, pepper and tumeric. Preheat oven to 400-450 degrees. bake 30-40 minutes or untill veggies are soft.
