1 Box of Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Macaroni3 TB Best Life Buttery Spread3 TB Whole Wheat Flour2.5 cups nonfat milk1/4 cup minced onion2 cups 2% Shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Cook pasta according to package instructions for al dente pasta. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat, until sauce thickens. Add onion & cheese; stir until cheese melts. Stir cheese sauce into noodles. Spoon into a greased 8x8" pan. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
