Brown Rice, 2 cups cookedOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedDel Monte Stewed Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup Beans, red kidney, 2 cup Chili powder, 1 tbsp Cumin,ground .5 tbsp Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
