Ingredients
1 pound ground chicken1/4 cup egg beaters1/4 cup milk.5 cup cracker crumbs. 5 tsp salt1 tsp italian seasoning1 clove fresh chopped garlic2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients and use 1 tbsp cookie scooper to form balls. Fry until browned in 2 Tbsp olive oil. Add to sauce
