Tofu veggie soup

Ingredients
Turnip, leeks, celery, onion, carrots, parsnip, chicken broth, and silken tofu
Directions
Chop all veggies and put in pot. Cover with broth and add wine and soy sauce. Turn burner to high. Cube tofu and add to pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Let simmer until turnips are the consistency you like. While simmering season to taste. To make completely vegetarian change chicken broth to vegetable broth
