Bradys Easy Egg Salad

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 8 large (remove)*French's Classic Yellow Mustard, 2 tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 tbsp chopped (remove)*kraft light mayo 1tbsp=1 svng, 2 serving (remove)Celery, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Mix 6 cups water, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar to a boil, add 8 eggs and lower to a rolling boil for 14 minutes. Move eggs to a bowl of ice water, let sit 15 min.

Peel eggs
Crush yolk and dice whites.
Finely dice onion and celery
mix diced eggs, celery, onion, 2 tablespoons of light mayo, 2 teaspoons of mustard. pepper to taste
chill and enjoy
