Ingredients
1 cup, White rice, medium, grain 1 lb, Chicken breast no skin (cut into pieces) 1 tbsp, olive oil 1 tsp fresh ground garlic 1 tsp fresh ground 1 tsp tumeric powder 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp soy cauce 8 cups chicken broth ( I made my own broth by boiling chiken with bones and add salt and pepper)
Directions
Rinse rice in cold water. In a pot, sautee garlic and ginger until golden brown. Add rice, tumeric, fish sauce and soy sauce. Add Chicken broth and bring to boil. Simmer and occasionally stir until chicken is cooked and rice is softer. Add water when its thicken. 6 servings
