Chinese Fish and Rice

Ingredients
2 eggs2 med. tilapia fillets1 1/2 cups cooked rice1/2 of a 10oz bag of mixed veggies2 tbsp light margarineSoy sauceChinese Five Spice SeasoningGarlic powder
Directions
-Cook Rice
-Season fish with garlic powder and Chinese five spice
-Cook fish in microwave for 6 min
-While fish is cooking add margarine, and veggies to a pan over med hi heat
-heat until no longer frozen
-make a hole in the middle and pore in well beaten eggs
-stir eggs until cooked
-Add rice and mix well
-Add fish, breaking it up well and mixing it well
-serve
