Ingredients
*Sooji, (samolina) 1 cup *Ghee, 4 tsp (clarified butter)Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked Milk, 2%, 2 cup Cardamom, ground, 1 tsp Raisins, .25 cup, packed Almonds, .25 cup, sliced
Directions
measure and put aside all ingredients
soak in warm water raisins

In a small fry pan add Ghee and put on medium heat. Add Sooji. Keep stiring till it starts to get brown lightly. Rinse the raisins and add to it along with cardomom and almonds. Stir and add milk and sugar. Keep stiring on medium heat till you see the mixture leaving the side on the fry pan.
