Apple Crunch

Ingredients
One gala appleSweetener, cinnamon, and nutmeg to taste2-3 TBS of dried cranberries2 TBS water1/2 pkg of Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, mapleLite Coolwhip* You can add some sliced almonds or pecan pieces to the oatmeal topping
Directions
Slice (do not peel if you can help it) one gala apple. Mix with sweetener and spices (Cinnamon and/or nutmeg) to taste.
Mix in 2-3 tablespoons of dried cranberries.
Place it in a shallow bowl that can go in the microwave.
Add a couple of tablespoons of water for steaming purposes.
Top with 1/2 pkg of Quaker Weight Control Maple Oatmeal (Mixed well in package)
Cover the dish and microwave for a couple of minutes (Just until the apples are tender.)
Top with Lite Cool Whip.
