Veal Chops Inverness

4 Veal loin chop 3oz. boneless), 12 oz 2 garlic, cloves of, crushed1/3 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil3 tsp Amoy Reduced salt Soy Sauce2 tbsp Hunt Ketsup 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Day before or early on the same day:
1. Trim excess fat from chops
2. In a shallow baking pan, blend crushed garlic with oil, soy sauce, ketsup, vinegar and pepper. Lay chops in this mixture, then turn to coat well. Cover pan with plastic wrap, then refrigerate overnight or for several hours.
3. Lift chops from marinade and arrange in a folding wire broiler for an out door grill. Or, in 1 tbsp of hot oil in a skillet over medium heat, saute on ea ch side until nicely browned and fork-tender. Spoon any sauce from skillet over chops.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of 3 oz of meat each
