Cheese tortellini with red sauce

Ingredients
1 Cup Beef Broth1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated1- bag three cheese tortellini1 28 oz can diced tomatoesFresh Garlic cloves2 tblsp oregano1 Bay leafsalt/pepper
Directions
Press garlic cloves into broth in large skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes or so. Add 1 can diced tomatoes and the spices. Bring to a bubble and simmer for about thirty minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the pasta as directed on bag, then mix with sauce and serve with salad.
