Chicken Noodle Soup

1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots6 (10.5 ounce) cans chicken broth1 (10.5 ounce) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 pound chopped cooked chicken breast3 cups whole wheat egg noodles1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano2 cloves garlic, mincedsalt and pepper to taste
1. In a large pot over medium heat, spray a thick layer of buttery cooking spray and cook celery and carrots with garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
2. Pour in chicken broths and stir in chicken, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes before serving.
3. While soup is simmering, boil noodles according to instructions, then add them to the soup about halfway through the simmering process.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 large bowls
