Atkins Friendly Deviled Eggs

6 boiled eggs, peeled, and cut in half lengthwise2 tbsp. mayonnaise (adjust to taste)1/2 tbsp. sugar free sweet pickle relish1/2 tsp. onion, mincedcelery salt and paprika to garnish
Pop the yolks out of the eggs and into a small mixing bowl.
Set aside the whites on a platter.
Mix the yolks, mayo to taste, pickle relish, and onion together until creamy.
Use a teaspoon or a pasty bag to mound the mixture into the hole in the whites. (Tip: you can seal the mixture in a ziplock bag and clip a bottom corner off)
Sprinkle lightly with celery salt and paprika for color and flavor.
You can also sprinkle them with chopped parsley (fresh or dried) or chopped chives for added flavor and color.
Serving Size: 3 eggs or 6 halves
